Recently, BBC4 TV broadcast The Man who Shot the 60`s - iconic photographer Brian Duffy.

So, the invites are out for the Apple Event 27th January 2010. Rumours appear to suggest that Apple will announce the new "iSlate", iPhone 4.0 and iLife 2010.
Whatever happens I am certain it will be a very exciting announcement and I will be listening live on the net.
NIKON are also going to announce something in early February. An upgraded D700 would be very nice!

Yes it`s New Years Eve! Really you say; yep. You see the Romans made us think of New Year as being 1st of January whereas my ancestors have, for thousands of years celebrated the new year at the Winter Solstice which is around the 21st December.

Updated front page "slide show"

I updated the front page today. In particular I have added thumbnails on the top of the slideshow so you can see what is coming along! I also enabled the show controller so you can stop the slide or advance/reverse one slide or go directly to the start/finish. Just hover over the image and hey presto the controls appear. Clever! Click on any image to show a "lightbox" effect that in essence enlarges the image. I update these shows randomly but am seriously thinking of adding something similar to the Galleries pages. I quite like these changes but please let me know if you don`t! Finally have added a very silly Father Christmas Clock in the home page sidebar. Well, I like it!
